filipinos travelling from madrid to manila have their baggage tag "MAD-MNL" but they arrived PVG they were asked to claim their baggages and check-in again. Coudl you please check this and revise the ysystem. We have 27more passengers this july and they are afraid to get the baggaes since there was no trollies in the airport as per one of the passengers.

Firstly, I would like to correct that there are free trollies in the airport for the convenience of all passengers. Whether it requires to claim lugagge depends on airlines, so which airline do you use? Also consult your airline whether they offer luggage check-though service, with which you just need pick up your luggage at the final stop.
